The above imaged has been taken from the website created by the developer as part of a consultation on the proposed development to build approx 230 new homes on part of Cleadon Lane Industrial Estate.
Following members’ concerns, the Forum’s Secretary has written to the developer to raise a number of important issues.

Forum members were alerted to the consultation via a leaflet drop which appears to have been restricted to Beckenham Avenue, Langholm Road and West Drive, Cleadon. If you were consulted and don’t live on one of those streets please let us know.
At the Forum’s request, a meeting took place with the developer on 2 September 2021, please read these minutes of that meeting.
